RETURN & REFUND

Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns within 14 days of the order placement and the goods are new and unopened. To initiate the return process, email [email protected] and a team member will assist you. Please note that, for opened, altered, or specially handled items, including those requiring specific temperature conditions, we are unable to accept returns due to the potential for degradation and contamination.

Return Eligibility:

• Incorrect Products: If the product you received is incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
• Unsatisfactory Products: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return shipping costs will be at your expense.
